What We Do

Policies & Payments 

I specialize exclusively in silk presses and healthy hair care. This allows me to provide the highest level of expertise and consistency.

Booking Appointments

 All appointments must be booked online through my booking site.

Do you accept walk‑ins?  

A: No, I operate by appointment only to ensure a smooth and attentive experience.

Phones/ Digital Devices 

Please be mindful and utilize AirPods, Headphones. (Do not use phones on speaker)

Keep all phone calls to a minimum of 2min or please excuse yourself for privacy.

Work‑Free Environment:  

To preserve the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, clients are asked not to bring work, laptops, or work‑related tasks to their appointment. Thank you for helping maintain a peaceful space for everyone.

Q: Do you require a deposit?  

A: Yes, a non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment

Q: What is your cancellation policy?  

A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (Please note 24hrs to the time of your appointment.) 

                           

 

Payments

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?  

A: Cash, card, and digital payments (Zelle/CashApp)

(please note all card and CashApp transactions are subject to a fee)

Salon Expectations

 

Q: Can I bring guests or children?  

A: To maintain a calm and focused environment, guests and children are not allowed unless being serviced.

Please call if you know you are running late.

15min grace period granted ( anytime afterwards is subject to rescheduling with fee)
